Job summary

Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) seeks an accomplished Chief of Program Management in Annapolis Junction, MD. This executive leads a $225M portfolio, directs 500 BI&A staff and subcontractors, and guides mission-critical engineering, software, cloud, data, AI/ML, and cyber solutions for the Intelligence Community.

Reporting to the CEO, the role owns program performance, financial results, customer relationships, and growth. Hybrid work is available with at least 3 days onsite.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading large, complex technical teams and programs.
• Experience managing MPO Intelligence Community customers and missions.
• Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Experience running IC programs with>$100M budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution across a portfolio of programs with strong financial performance and mission outcomes.
• Develop and execute profitable growth strategies with the Strategy and Growth team.
• Build and maintain trusted customer and partner relationships to anticipate needs.
• Drive program delivery against roadmaps, contracts, and financial objectives.
• Develop leadership talent and workforce capabilities to enable growth.
