Job summary

Terros Health is hiring a Chief of Clinical and Specialty Programs (CCSP) in Phoenix to lead strategy and execution across behavioral health and medical programs. The CCSP will drive clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and workforce development while working with the President and CEO.

The role requires 10+ years of progressive clinical leadership, an advanced clinical license, and deep knowledge of AHCCCS/CMS. Join a leading integrated health system committed to whole‑person care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; doctoral degree preferred.
• Independent clinical licensure strongly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive clinical leadership in behavioral health or integrated care.
• Deep knowledge of AHCCCS, CMS, Medicaid, HRSA/FQHC operations and value‑based care.
• Proven ability to lead change and build high‑performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the clinical vision aligned with Terros Health’s mission and governance.
• Lead initiatives to improve access, outcomes, and patient experience across sites.
• Align clinical operations with organizational priorities and financial sustainability.
• Serve as the executive clinical voice for system design and partnerships.
• Ensure integration between sites, programs, and operations.
• Drive innovation and ensure care delivery excellence and workforce development.
• Oversee recruitment, retention, and development of clinical leaders and staff.
• Represent Terros Health in community coalitions and payer engagements.
