Job summary

Terros Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Chief of Clinical and Specialty Programs (CCSP) to join the Executive Leadership Team. This role guides clinical strategy and oversees multi-site operations across behavioral health and medical programs.

You will lead a high‑performing team, drive value-based care initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion whole-person, integrated care with a focus on outcomes and patient experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive clinical leadership in behavioral health, integrated care, or community health.
• Master’s degree required; doctoral degree preferred.
• Independent clinical licensure strongly preferred (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PMHNP, MD/DO, RN).
• Deep knowledge of AHCCCS, CMS, Medicaid Managed Care, HRSA/FQHC Operations, behavioral health regulations, and value‑based care.
• Experience leading multi-site clinical operations and large interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy development and execution across Terros Health’s clinical programs.
• Oversee clinical operations, policies, and evidence-based practice implementation.
• Drive care delivery, regulatory compliance, and quality outcomes across sites.
