Job summary

Summa Health is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Lines of Business to lead the strategy, clinical integration, operations, consumer experience, and financial performance across the four Clinical Lines of Business within the Integrated Health Services model.

The role provides executive leadership across inpatient, ambulatory, virtual, and post-acute settings, guiding four Medical Director/Administrative Head dyads and the APP lead while aligning Quality, Business Improvement &

Qualifications

• Forward-looking view of consumer engagement, embracing technology and AI-driven solutions.
• Strong communication and employee/clinician engagement skills.
• Experience leading leaders, supporting multiple functions simultaneously, solving complex problems, and demonstrating results.
• Strategic and business planning expertise, bringing together HR, Recruitment, Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT, etc.
• Experience overseeing large operational and capital budgets, with experience in medical group operations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Integration: Set and execute a unified clinical and operational strategy across all four Clinical Lines of Business, aligned with the IHS vision.
• Clinical & Operational Excellence: Develop evidence-based pathways and care models; champion technology enablement.
• People Leadership & Dyad Management: Lead four Medical Director/Administrative Head dyads and shape physician leadership structures.
• Financial Stewardship & Performance: Hold executive accountability for operating and capital budget performance; leverage dashboards to monitor performance.
