Job summary

Summa Health is seeking an EVP, Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial health and operational turning point of the system, reporting to the President & CEO. The CFO will drive capital strategy, administrative transformation, and a data-driven decision framework across hospitals, a medical group, and a health plan.

Qualifications

• Formal education and senior leadership experience in finance and administration.
• Experience leading operational functions with finance and re-engineering.
• ERP standardization (Workday preferred) and close automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial turnaround and margin improvement across the system.
• Oversee planning, accounting policy, reporting integrity, and analytics.
• Direct payer contracting and SummaCare financial operations.
• Own treasury, liquidity, capital structure, and lender relationships.
• Oversee revenue cycle, supply chain, risk management and insurance.
• Drive transformation via technology and AI in finance ops.
