Job summary

Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) seeks a SUPERVISORY INDUSTRIAL SECURITY SPECIALIST (CHIEF OF OPERATIONS) to guide the EV mission, focusing on contractor vetting for integrity, lawful conduct, and FOCI risks.

The role requires directing multiple senior staff, providing expert security guidance, and driving program enhancements within the DCIPS framework. Telework may be allowed situationally; security clearance will be a prerequisite.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial security (NISP) or security disciplines, or experience in business, mergers & acquisitions, due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of up to three GG-14 managers and two GG-13 officers, plus contractor staff.
• Provide technical direction on due diligence, security research, and related processes.
• Advise senior management and high-level officials in defense industry and other agencies.
• Identify improvements, initiate actions, and implement solutions.
