Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Seven or more years of progressively responsible leadership in economic development, workforce development, or higher education.
- Experience engaging senior-level external stakeholders and community leaders.
- Experience managing budgets, personnel, grants, contracts, programs, or projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership for the College’s workforce development and economic development programs.
- Develop and sustain executive-level relationships with business, industry leaders, and regional partners.
- Lead strategic planning and budgeting for assigned workforce and economic development initiatives.
- Represent Del Mar College in regional, state, and national workforce and economic development activities.
