Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Medical Education, or a related field; Doctorate preferred.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and change management capabilities.
• Experience in competency-based learning, interprofessional education, and regulatory alignment.
• Ability to drive culture change and workforce transformation in a large teaching hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for clinical learning programs across the hospital.
• Integrate high reliability and patient safety into education initiatives.
• Partner with Quality, Patient Safety, and Risk Management to improve systems.
• Lead curriculum development, simulation-based training, and learning innovations.
• Oversee learning health system models with real-time data and analytics.
• Collaborate with academic partners and community organizations on workforce development.
