Job summary

A leading law firm is seeking a Chief of Attorney Recruiting for their Los Angeles office. In this executive position, you will oversee all facets of attorney recruiting, from managing job postings and recruiting campaigns to promoting attorney engagement. This role requires extensive experience in legal recruiting, a bachelor’s degree, and preferably a JD.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of attorney recruiting experience in-house/agencies/law firm required.
• Extensive legal experience is necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree required; JD preferred.

Law firm is seeking a Chief of Attorney Recruiting to join their Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities

• Manage job postings, targeted recruiting campaigns & agency relationships
• Oversee full cycle lateral candidate hiring process, including scheduling interviews to offer letter/onboarding
• Manage full cycle summer associate program (OCI/summer associate onboarding & integration)
• Work with Marketing team to create recruiting materials & ad/sponsorships/articles
• Promote attorney engagement and morale through new initiatives focusing on retention
• Manage professional development initiatives and oversee continuing education programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• JD preferred
• At least 8-10 years of attorney recruiting in-house/agency/law firm required
• Extensive experience in legal is required
• MS Office Suite required
