Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressively responsible experience in agriculture, farm management, or agricultural enterprise development.
• Experience leading teams, managing multiple sites or programs, and driving accountability and performance.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural production, farm operations, budgeting, cost management, and business or market development.
• Experience managing budgets, grants, government-funded programs, partnerships, and performance reporting.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for AfriThrive's agriculture portfolio and multi-site programs.
• Oversee farm production, community agriculture, and school garden sites with focus on revenue and margins.
• Develop budgets, performance measures, and earned-revenue opportunities with institutional buyers and partners.
• Monitor financial performance, improve productivity, reduce losses, and scale viable agricultural enterprises.
