This executive role reports to COO/VP Clinical Services, supervises Nursing Directors, oversees budgeting, and drives quality improvement, patient safety, and strategic objectives within the CARES-values context.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Oklahoma.
• BA/BSN degree required; MSN preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive management in clinical operations and budgeting.
