Job summary

SimiTree Talent Solutions is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer for a Behavioral Health inpatient facility near Albion, IN. The CNO will lead clinical operations and oversee nursing services across inpatient units in a detox-focused hospital.

The role requires an Indiana RN license, MSN, and minimum 4 years of psychiatric nursing with leadership experience. On-site position with relocation options; compensation package includes health and dental insurance, PTO, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license in good standing.
• MSN completed from an accredited school of Nursing.
• BLS certification currently active.
• Minimum of 4 years of psychiatric nursing experience.
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience.

Chief Nursing Officer Opportunity Description

Our client is a small inpatient hospital with a focus on detoxification.They are looking to add a Chief Nursing Officerto lead clinical operations and oversight of a 3.5 Residential and 4.0 alcohol detax hospital based near Albion, IN. This is an on-site position. Relocation candidates welcome to apply.

Chief Nursing Officer Requirements

• Active Indiana RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• MSN completed from an accredited school of Nursing and current BLS certification.
• Minimum of 4 years of psychiatric nursing experience required.
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience.
• Must have a strong understanding of alcohol withdrawal, including assessment and medication protocols.

Chief Nursing Officer Responsibilities
