This is your opportunity to lead clinical operations at a specialty hospital located inside a medical center in St. Louis, MO.

About the Role:

As the Chief Nursing Officer, you’ll oversee a 30+ bed facility spanning two floors with a dedicated team of 40+ FTEs and two strong leaders reporting directly to you. You’ll have the chance to drive quality patient outcomes, support clinical staff, and make a visible impact in a hands-on leadership environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for nursing and clinical teams
• Oversee daily operations of inpatient units, ensuring compliance and quality care
• Collaborate with hospital executives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
• Mentor and support nurse leaders to build a strong, high-performing team
• Implement and monitor clinical policies, procedures, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (MO license required upon hire)
• BSN required; MSN preferred
• 3+ years of supervisory/leadership experience overseeing an inpatient bed unit
• Background in higher acuity settings strongly preferred
