You will guide a team of reporters, producers, editors, hosts, and interns while collaborating with cross‑department teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree plus 9 years of experience, including 5 years of managerial experience.
  • Experience leading a newsroom or managing a team of reporters, producers, editors, hosts, and interns.
  • Strong commitment to journalistic ethics, editorial independence, and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated expertise in electronic news gathering, writing, editing, and producing content for broadcast and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement editorial vision with the Senior Director of Content.
  • Oversee daily newsroom operations and plan coverage for major events.
  • Lead development of new public affairs programs across broadcast and digital platforms.
  • Mentor reporters, producers, editors, hosts, and interns to foster excellence and inclusion.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and collaboration with cross-department teams.
