Job summary

HappyRobot in the United States is seeking a senior Content and Communications leader to shape the company narrative, brand voice, and market presence. You will build the function from the ground up, defining strategy, processes, and a team to scale as the company grows.

You will work closely with founders and leadership to develop voices, secure media opportunities, craft customer stories, and drive awareness with customers, talent, investors, partners, and the broader tech industry.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in B2B technology, enterprise software, AI, or related fields.
• Exceptional storytelling and writing with ability to simplify complex tech.
• Experience building company narratives and executive communications with founders.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology-buying and audience targeting.

Responsibilities

• Own HappyRobot's company narrative, messaging, and content strategy.
• Build a world-class B2B content and communications organization.
• Develop campaign narratives for ICPs across digital and OOH media.
• Create customer stories, articles, blogs, and credible enterprise content.
• Lead founder thought leadership, media engagements, and events.
• Establish relationships with journalists and influencers to expand reach.
