Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a complex nonprofit.
  • Proven success in fundraising and donor stewardship.
  • Experience guiding organizational strategy with measurable goals.
  • Strong financial oversight, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated external representation with donors, partners, and communities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain relationships with Board, donors, and partners to advance the mission.
  • Cultivate and steward individual, corporate, foundation giving and other support.
  • Leverage a network of nonprofit, legal, and professional partners to support growth.
  • Represent the organization credibly in civic, professional, and business settings.
  • Define and shape the organization’s strategic direction and multi-year plan.
  • Monitor performance against strategic objectives and ensure accountability.
  • Lead a growing team with structure, processes, and accountability.
