Job summary

IYG is seeking a Chief Mission Officer to provide executive leadership for client services and mental health, aligning programs with the organization's mission and strategic priorities.

You will supervise department leaders, drive impact measurement, and partner with the CEO to translate priorities into actionable goals while ensuring equitable, trauma-informed service delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of progressive leadership experience; nonprofit or human services experience is a plus, but transferable leadership skills welcome.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach Client Services and Mental Health teams.
• Set, track, and evaluate goals and outcomes for departments.
• Identify and remove barriers to service delivery.
• Promote trauma-informed, inclusive and equitable service delivery.
• Assist with crisis management in support of staff and youth needs.
• Develop systems to track, measure, and report programmatic impact and outcomes.
• Define KPIs and impact metrics aligned to IYG's mission.
• Translate outcomes data into insights for strategy, funder reporting, and board updates.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend data-informed adjustments.
• Ensure collaboration across programs, operations, and development.
• Support cross-functional projects and interdepartmental communication.
• Advise between direct client service teams and CEO/Leadership Team.
