Job summary

Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington seeks a Senior Vice President, Mission Impact & Advancement to lead strategy for credentialing, job placement, engagement with the Evergreen Goodwill Foundation, and fundraising across the Mission portfolio.

The role reports to the CEO and leads teams including Excel Center, Philanthropy, and Credential and Job placement programs to deliver measurable outcomes and financial sustainability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across workforce development, education, talent, or mission-driven organizations.
• Proven ability to secure and manage diversified public and private funding.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and scale plans for mission programming and advancement.
• Build strategic partnerships with employers, education providers, workforce boards, and government agencies.
• Develop scalable employer pathways and ensure financial sustainability across funding sources.
• Oversee Excel Center planning, launch readiness, and long-term expansion across multiple counties.
