The Chief Medical & Quality Officer at JEP is a key clinical leadership strategist responsible for shaping the vision of future healthcare services. This role involves making recommendations and implementing plans for quality and safety programs, as well as consolidating and rationalizing services and patient placements within the division and across Jefferson Health. The CMO/CQO builds relationships across the organization, especially with physicians, to safeguard quality and safety and to foster continuous improvement aligned with strategic priorities.
