• Provide executive leadership to advance a culture of safety, quality, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with HMFP/BIDMC and Operations Leadership to strengthen integration and efficiency.
• Partner with system leadership to drive strategic and operational priorities that improve clinical performance and patient outcomes.
• Foster relationships with physicians and medical staff to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead initiatives to improve care coordination, patient flow, utilization management, and overall clinical efficiency.
