Job summary

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is seeking a Chief Medical Officer to oversee operations, clinical quality, and development of the CHA healthcare delivery system. You will report to the CEO and collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategy and integrate care services across CHA’s hospitals and ambulatory network.

The CMO will oversee clinical operations, financial performance, physician practice development, and CHA's CHAPO leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited medical school.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations and financial performance.
• Lead physician practice development and executive leadership of Primary Care and Age Friendly service lines.
• Serve as President of CHA Physician Organization (CHAPO) and coordinate with CHAPO leadership.
• Promote CHA's academic mission with HMS and Tufts, and support teaching responsibilities.
