Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead clinical quality, patient safety, and strategic growth across Core Physicians, Exeter Hospital, and the broader system. Position Summary

Reporting to the President of Core Physicians, the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) serves as the senior physician executive responsible for clinical, operational, and strategic leadership across the organization. The CMO partners with Core Physicians, Exeter Hospital, and Beth Israel Lahey Health leadership to advance clinical quality, physician engagement, patient safety, value-based care, and organizational growth while maintaining an active clinical practice.

Qualifications
