MOMCo Global Inc. in Denver is seeking a senior marketing leader to guide a multidisciplinary team of marketers, designers, writers, and producers. You’ll turn bold ideas into world-class campaigns, building systems that let creativity thrive while delivering measurable results.

You will own brand marketing, digital and social initiatives, events, partnerships, and customer communications, expanding MOMCO’s community and awareness while aligning with the organization’s faith-based values.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive marketing leadership.
• Experience leading creative teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and operational leadership.
• Proven success managing complex campaigns from concept to execution.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading through change and building healthy team culture.
• Strong organizational and financial management skills.
• Follower of Jesus and able to faithfully sign and uphold MomCoFaith and values Statement.

Responsibilities

• Lead an extraordinary marketing team and develop talent.
• Partner with CEO to transform priorities into campaigns.
• Oversee brand, digital, social media, content, PR, events, and community growth.
• Grow MomCo's brand awareness and engagement.
• Lead research initiatives to inform strategic decisions and thought leadership.
• Build systems and processes to improve planning, workflows, and reporting.
• Manage annual budget and cross-functional collaboration.
