Our client is a leading Indian manufacturing entity seeking a senior leader to drive end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain excellence across two sites in North India. The role covers production planning, engineering, materials, and logistics with a focus on implementing world-class practices.

The candidate should have 25+ years in manufacturing operations, including 10+ years in top leadership, plus strong experience in discrete manufacturing and exports.

Qualifications

• 25+ years of experience in Manufacturing Operations.
• 10+ years as Head of a Manufacturing Unit or senior strategic role.
• Discrete manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lean/World-class manufacturing.
• Experience with exports and international customers.
• Technology savvy.

Responsibilities

• Drive manufacturing performance through operational discipline and productivity.
• Lead optimization of manufacturing ops with metrics and benchmarks.
• Implement world-class operating standards to improve productivity.
• Foster continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop safe, cost-effective, sustainable manufacturing infrastructure.
• Lead digital manufacturing roadmap aligned with strategy.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain excellence including planning and logistics.
• Oversee vendor development and domestic/intl supplier bases.
• Own end-to-end procurement for materials and capital goods.
• Provide direction and reviews for SCM team across two sites.
