Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee consumer, mortgage, business, commercial, and indirect lending.
• Develop enterprise lending strategy and credit policy.
• Strengthen portfolio analytics and guide risk-based pricing.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and Board to ensure sustainable growth.
