Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive lending leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Credit union experience preferred; banking/financial service executives welcome.

Responsibilities

• Oversee consumer, mortgage, business, commercial, and indirect lending lifecycles.
• Develop lending strategy, policy, and portfolio analytics.
• Ensure growth, credit quality, member value, and risk management.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and Board of Directors on lending decisions.
• Lead and develop high-performing lending teams.
