Fremont Bank seeks an Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer to drive the bank’s enterprise lending strategy across commercial and residential lending. You will lead credit policy, risk-adjusted profitability, and regulatory compliance while reporting to the President and partnering with the Board.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or executive banking development preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive banking leadership experience with lending strategy and executive-level results.
• Experience presenting to Boards of Directors, Board Committees, executive leadership, and regulators.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise lending strategies driving growth, profitability, and franchise value.
• Oversee portfolio performance, risk management, pricing discipline, and capital allocation.
• Present strategy, performance, and recommendations to Board committees and senior leadership.
• Coordinate with Chief Credit Officer on lending policy, risk appetite, and governance.
