Cyber Profound is seeking a Chief Legal Officer to partner with the CEO and executive team in a hands-on, acquisition-driven role. You will lead legal execution for LOIs, SPAs, and closing mechanics while overseeing governance and compliance across the organization.

This executive position is fully remote within the United States, with Ashburn, VA as a preferred or base location, and requires a JD with admission in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Qualifications

• JD and admission in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Senior-level M&A and transactional experience.
• Experience closing mid-market acquisitions.
• Familiarity with private equity structures and complex holding companies.
