Gold Media Tech, LLC is seeking a General Counsel to serve as the senior legal executive, owning all legal and compliance matters and reporting to the CEO and Board. The role leads a legal and compliance function in a regulated fintech environment, guiding strategy and risk management across corporate, commercial, employment, IP, privacy, and regulatory matters.

Qualificações

• Leadership and executive oversight experience in legal/compliance functions.
• Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities with experience in regulated financial services.

Responsabilidades

• Advise CEO and Board on all legal matters; oversee corporate, commercial, transactional, employment and IP work.
• Monitor laws and emerging developments; translate into actionable business guidance.
• Identify, assess and mitigate legal, regulatory and reputational risks; manage outside counsel as needed.
• Lead product reviews with product/marketing teams before launches; ensure privacy/data protection compliance.
• Oversee litigation, regulatory matters and governmental inquiries; manage the legal budget and outside counsel.
• Provide executive oversight of the compliance program with the Head of Compliance and board reporting.
• Promote integrity and compliance culture; manage Code of Conduct and conflict-of-interest processes.
• Build and mentor a high-performing legal/compliance team.
