Job summary

Rho Nutrition is seeking an entrepreneurial General Counsel to build and lead the company's legal function during a period of rapid growth. You will establish governance, contract workflows, and scalable processes to support scale.

Reporting to the executive team, you will advise on regulatory, employment, IP, privacy, and international expansion, partnering with leaders to balance risk with business opportunity.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active U.S. state bar.
• 10+ years of legal experience, with significant in-house leadership preferred.
• Experience building scalable legal processes, governance, and operations.
• Strong expertise in commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, privacy and governance.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the legal function with scalable policies and workflows.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage broad commercial agreements for growth.
• Oversee regulatory, privacy, employment, IP, and corporate governance efforts.
• Support international expansion and partner with executive leadership.
