Job summary
Colorado Community College System seeks a Provost and Vice Chancellor for Learner Success and Academic Strategy to lead an integrated enterprise spanning academic strategy, learner services, and innovation. Reporting to the Chancellor, this role drives system-wide program governance, enrollment management, and collaboration across all thirteen colleges.

Qualifications
- Doctorate from a regionally accredited institution.
- Demonstrated senior executive leadership in higher education or multi-campus systems.
- Experience leading academic affairs, learner success, enrollment management, or student services.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership across academic and learner experience.
- Oversee portfolio governance, program review, transfer, and credentialing.
- Advance enterprise enrollment management and centralized financial aid processes.
- Lead Colorado Online & Educational Innovation initiatives, including AI in learning and CLR/LER.
- Build authentic partnerships with college presidents, faculty, and student services leaders.
