Job summary

The Colorado Community College System seeks a Provost and Vice Chancellor for Learner Success and Academic Strategy to lead an integrated enterprise across academic strategy, learner experience, and enrollment. Reporting to the Chancellor, the Vice Chancellor will drive governance, collaboration, and system-wide execution for twelve colleges while honoring local missions and accreditation.

They will steer programs in transfer, credit for prior learning, online education, and innovative learning

Qualifications

• Earned doctorate from a regionally accredited institution of higher education.
• Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible senior executive leadership within higher education or a multi-campus system.
• Demonstrated leadership spanning academic affairs, learner success, enrollment management, student services, or related domains.
• Record of leading significant organizational or system-level change with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary, systems-level leadership across academic strategy, learner success and enrollment.
• Lead enterprise enrollment management, on-boarding, retention, advising and accessibility initiatives.
• Executive leadership for online learning, innovation, and cross-college governance models.
• Recruit, mentor and empower a high-performing team with data-driven accountability.
