You will oversee strategic development of CBP’s leadership cadre, ensuring a world-class organization through leadership education, training, development, and research. You will manage agency-wide leadership programs, policies, and partnerships with government, industry, and academia to strengthen leadership capabilities and employee performance across CBP.

Qualifications

• Five Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) and Technical Qualifications (TQs) must be demonstrated at senior level.
• Resume must reflect ECQs and TQs with evidence of leadership, driving efficiency, merit, leading people, and achieving results.
