Job summary

CiresiMorek in Atlanta seeks a senior labor relations professional to develop the collective bargaining strategy and lead negotiations with unions.

You will counsel managers on interpretation and compliance of agreements, oversee grievances and arbitrations, and build strong relationships with operations leadership and union representatives to promote effective workplace practices.

Public company experience and strategic partnership with senior leadership are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years’ experience negotiating and administering collective bargaining agreements
• Publicly traded or large, complex company experience

Responsibilities

• Develop the collective bargaining strategy and oversee the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements in collaboration with management
• Build relationships with key labor organizations and external representatives
• Evaluate and assist with the effective resolution of grievances and other local conflicts resulting from the labor agreements
• Counsel managers and employees regarding the interpretation and application of collective bargaining agreements, as well as the intent, application, and compliance requirements of labor and regulatory laws
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with operations and union leadership to address and resolve issues and proactively implement effective workplace practices
