BrassCraft Manufacturing Company in Novi, Michigan, seeks a Director of Information Technology to define and execute a multi-year technology strategy that enables growth, efficiency, and digital transformation across the enterprise.

You will oversee enterprise applications, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and a team delivering reliable, scalable systems for manufacturing, supply chain, and customer service.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience with enterprise applications and infrastructure.
Proven success leading large-scale ERP environments and digital transformation initiatives.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and budget/vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a multi-year IT strategy and technology roadmap aligned with corporate goals and manufacturing objectives.
Provide strategic oversight of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and related enterprise applications; manage modernization and lifecycle.
Direct planning, implementation, and support of enterprise infrastructure, security, DR/BC, and IT governance.
Partner with business leaders to optimize manufacturing, supply chain, and customer-facing processes; drive data analytics.
Lead budgeting, vendor strategy, and cross-functional programs from strategy through deployment.
