Reporting directly to the President of BrassCraft, this role provides strategic leadership for enterprise applications, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and technology operations supporting a multi-site manufacturing environment. The Director leads the development and execution of a modern technology roadmap that aligns business objectives with scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions. This position oversees enterprise applications, ERP platforms, business intelligence, software development, infrastructure, network operations, and project delivery while ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of mission-critical systems. As a strategic business partner, this position collaborates closely with executive leadership and functional stakeholders to optimize end-to-end business processes, enhance operational efficiency, drive digital innovation, and maximize the value of technology investments. upgrade strategies, application lifecycle management, and total cost of ownership optimization.* Oversee application architecture, software development, middleware integration, web platforms, and cross-functional technology programs.* Deep experience with ERP, ERP strategies, and implementations* Strong understanding of application development, infrastructure architecture, cybersecurity, management skills.**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:*** Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain-driven organization.* Understanding of manufacturing execution systems (MES),
