Job summary

The Lane Construction Corporation is seeking a senior IT leader to define and execute the company’s technology strategy across ERP, project management, data, security, and field tools. You will partner with executives to align technology initiatives with business goals and drive enterprise-wide modernization.

With 15+ years in IT, you will manage major programs, champion cybersecurity and ITSM, govern vendor relations, and build a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Certifications: ITIL; CISSP/CISM/CEH/CompTIA Security+ preferred.
• Experience: 15+ years in IT with enterprise-wide tech strategies, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
• ERP: Experience with SAP and Oracle; cross-functional leadership required.
• Regulatory/Frameworks: Knowledge of GDPR and TOGAF/ITIL/COBIT/ISO.
• Leadership: Strong program management, change management, and vendor governance.

Responsibilities

• Defines and executes Lane’s IT strategy and multi-year technology roadmap, translating business needs into initiatives.
• Provides strategic IT leadership, aligning with parent company standards and leading enterprise systems integration.
• Leads major IT programs from business case through execution with governance, milestones, and benefits realization.
• Oversees enterprise applications (ERP platforms SAP/Oracle, HRIS, CRM) and collaboration tools.
• Leads cloud architecture and infrastructure modernization to improve scalability and cost efficiency.
• Manages IT budget, vendor governance, and contract performance; builds a high-performing team.
