This build-and-lead opportunity requires unifying a cohesive firm-wide philosophy, directing strategic asset allocation, and serving as a compelling investment voice with ultra-high-net-worth clients and prospects.

Qualifications

• Fluent understanding of fundamental equity and fixed income construction
• Experience with alternatives including concentrated-position and tax-aware strategies
• Ability to build or reshape an investment organization and determine internal vs external sourcing

Responsibilities

• Own the firm-wide investment philosophy and strategic asset allocation across core asset classes
• Serve as the senior investment voice in ultrahigh-net-worth client conversations
• Drive the evolution of the investment platform including new strategies and products
• Oversee the in-house investment team and portfolio leadership
• Shape integration of portfolios from acquisitions as the firm grows
