Axxess is seeking a Vice President of Technology to lead an infrastructure team and ensure the stability, security, scalability, and performance of our enterprise systems and networks. This role collaborates with Engineering, DevOps, SecOps and business teams to deliver reliable technology solutions that support growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

10+ years of information technology infrastructure, shared services, and advanced data center management.
5+ years of leadership experience managing infrastructure teams and driving large-scale technology initiatives.
Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects and managing mission-critical environments.
Experience developing disaster recovery, business continuity, and backup strategies for enterprise organizations.
Exceptional communication and collaboration across fast-paced, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with DevOps, Engineering, SecOps and other teams to drive infrastructure strategies and deployment initiatives.
Lead upgrades, enhancements, and performance improvements with cost-effectiveness in mind.
Oversee business continuity, disaster recovery, backup, and resilience planning.
Establish and maintain security standards across networks, infrastructure platforms, cloud environments and servers.
Develop and mentor high-performing infrastructure and operations teams and manage budgets, vendor relationships, and licensing.
