We are seeking a forward-thinking Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our cybersecurity vision with a sharp focus on AI technologies. This is a senior executive role for an experienced cybersecurity leader who can shape and drive strategic security initiatives, manage emerging AI-related threats, and ensure our organization’s resilience in an evolving digital landscape.
As CISO, you will oversee the development and implementation of enterprise security strategies, governance frameworks, and secure AI integration—balancing innovation, compliance, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the organization’s AI-first cybersecurity strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term goals.
- Establish governance frameworks and security controls to manage risks associated with AI, including adversarial threats, data manipulation, and model vulnerabilities.
- Develop and enforce security policies covering ethical AI usage, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Provide executive leadership with clear, actionable insights into AI-related security risks and threat landscapes.
- Oversee the secure design, deployment, and monitoring of AI systems across products, platforms, and infrastructure.
- Drive company-wide initiatives for incident response planning, workforce awareness, and secure software development practices.
- Represent the organization in external cybersecurity alliances, industry groups, and regulatory forums.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in senior cybersecurity roles, including security strategy, architecture, or operations.
- Proven leadership in managing enterprise cybersecurity programs and aligning them with business objectives.
- Expertise in AI/ML security, risk frameworks (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK), and secure systems design.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, EU AI Act).
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with experience advising executive and board-level stakeholders.
- Track record of building and leading cross-functional security teams in dynamic, innovation-focused environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Deep familiarity with AI governance and secure deployment practices in enterprise settings.
- Thought leadership in the cybersecurity community and an active professional network.
- Experience leading cybersecurity transformations in high-growth or AI-first companies.
