We are seeking a forward-thinking Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our cybersecurity vision with a sharp focus on AI technologies. Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the organization’s AI-first cybersecurity strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term goals.
• Establish governance frameworks and security controls to manage risks associated with AI, including adversarial threats, data manipulation, and model vulnerabilities.
• Develop and enforce security policies covering ethical AI usage, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Provide executive leadership with clear, actionable insights into AI-related security risks and threat landscapes.
• Oversee the secure design, deployment, and monitoring of AI systems across products, platforms, and infrastructure.
• Drive company-wide initiatives for incident response planning, workforce awareness, and secure software development practices.
• Represent the organization in external cybersecurity alliances, industry groups, and regulatory forums.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in senior cybersecurity roles, including security strategy, architecture, or operations.
• Proven leadership in managing enterprise cybersecurity programs and aligning them with business objectives.
• Expertise in AI/ML security, risk frameworks (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK), and secure systems design.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, EU AI Act).
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with experience advising executive and board-level stakeholders.
• Track record of building and leading cross-functional security teams in dynamic, innovation-focused environments.
