Job summary

The Head of Information Security at thehivecareers.co will lead the organization’s information-security program, protecting data, systems, and digital services from cyber threats and operational risks. You will champion governance, risk management, and security operations across IAM, PAM, cloud, and application security.

With oversight of SOC, vulnerability management, and incident response, you will mentor teams, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance across financial services domains.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in information security or IT risk.
• 5+ years in information-security leadership.
• Experience in Insurance, Banking, Asset Management, or Financial Services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the information-security strategy, roadmap, and standards.
• Lead security operations, monitoring, detection, and incident response.
• Oversee governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Manage third‑party security risk and due diligence.
• Partner with IT to embed security across systems, cloud, and apps.
• Provide security reporting to executives and Risk Committee.
