Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in IT, CS, engineering, or business and relevant executive experience.
• Demonstrated success leading technology strategy, cybersecurity, and delivery disciplines.
• Experience modernizing legacy environments while maintaining reliable day-to-day operations.
• Strong ability to communicate risk, options, costs, and recommendations to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy, governance, and alignment with ACCC's mission and goals.
• Own availability, performance, and security of critical systems and data protections.
• Oversee cybersecurity, risk, compliance, incident response, and vendor management.
• Direct disaster recovery, backup integrity, and business continuity planning.
• Partner with leadership to translate business needs into technology solutions and roadmaps.
