WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a strategic Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead technology strategy, operations, and digital transformation across affiliated organizations. The role reports to the CEO and sits on the Executive Management Team to align technology with business goals.

The CIO will manage IT governance, cybersecurity, and data initiatives, overseeing budgets and major investments while partnering with leaders to drive efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience.
• 5+ years of senior technology leadership.
• Proven track record leading enterprise technology strategy and transformation.
• Experience with IT governance, infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems integration, and vendor management.
• Strong business acumen and executive communication skills.
• Experience in property management, real estate, or a multi-site service organization preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees and industry certifications are a plus.

Salary: $190,000 - $215,000 base salary + 15% annual incentive opportunity + phone allowance
