WellNow Urgent Care seeks a dynamic dental implant program leader to educate and mentor doctors in implant procedures, both in-office and through regional training initiatives.

You will coordinate with practice teams to elevate patient care, review evidence-based standards, and implement new implant technologies while maintaining strong partner relationships and driving practice productivity.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• 3+ years clinical experience.
• Ability to travel at least 70%.
• Experience with implants, orthodontics/clear aligners, and restoratives.

Responsabilités

• Educates, trains, and mentors doctors with hands-on implant procedures in office and via learning programs.
• Serves as clinical contact for implant partners and reviews standards to incorporate advances into practice.
• Advises dentists on implant treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provides in-office and regional support to doctors and practice teams for patient care and productivity.
• Develops and implements implant-related programs to improve patient care and business results.
• Assists with implant continuing education program development and regional/national presentations.
