Job summary

A spen Dental is seeking a clinical implant specialist to educate and mentor doctors in surgical and implant restoration procedures, both in-office and regionally. The role emphasizes collaboration with implant partners and advancement of evidence-based practices.

You will advise on implant treatment plans, support regional teams, and help develop programs that elevate patient care and practice productivity. Travel up to 70% is required and a DDS/DMD is essential.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of dental training at a four-year, accredited dental school with a DMD or DDS degree.
• Experience with implants, orthodontics/clear aligners, and all restorative procedures.
• Advanced education for specialty areas.
• Minimum of 3+ years clinical experience.
• Ability to travel at least 70%.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and train others.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Educates, trains, and mentors doctors with hands-on surgical and implant restoration procedures.
• Serves as the primary clinical contact for implant partners and builds partnerships.
• Reviews evidence-based practice standards and incorporates advances into practice.
• Advice dentists on implant treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provides in-office and regional support to Doctors and Practice teams to maximize patient care and productivity.
• Develops implant-related programs to improve patient care and business results.
• Supports implant education program development and regional/national presentations.
