Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for United Food Bank’s mission and values.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior operations or supply chain oversight.
• Experience leading an operation through major change such as a new facility or distribution model.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Board or committee collaboration and ability to build external partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior operations strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with organizational priorities.
• Oversee food supply chain, warehousing, fleet, inventory, and distribution operations in Arizona.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety programs; oversee risk management.
• Lead campus design, transition plans, and capacity-building initiatives with cross‑functional partners.
• Drive performance metrics, EOS execution, and organizational accountability.
• Foster a culture of candor, leadership development, and staff engagement.
