Job summary

B&S Site Development LLC is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to architect our national HR strategy as we expand across the Eastern United States. You will partner with the President/CEO, COO, and field leadership to build a modern, field-centric HR function that protects the business and scales talent across multiple states and sites.

The role requires deep compliance expertise, change management, and the ability to implement systems that align with safety, operations, and growth

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
10–15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in construction.
Experience leading HR for multi-site or multi-state organizations; national expansion preferred.
Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

Serve as the strategic HR leader to the President/CEO and executive team to shape the people strategy for national expansion.
Develop a multi-year HR roadmap for entry into new states, service lines, and complex portfolios.
Design scalable structures and policies to support dispersed field teams across states.
Lead enterprise-wide workforce planning in partnership with Operations, Talent, and Finance.
Build leadership capability across field and office roles to support succession and growth.
