Job summary

TRU by Hilton - Prattville, RAM Hotels seeks a Chief Maintenance Engineer to oversee grounds, building facilities and guest rooms, ensuring daily upkeep and preventive maintenance. The role requires experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance along with strong safety practices and reliable on-call availability.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required or preferred.
Experience with maintenance or janitorial roles is beneficial.
Familiarity with PMS and hotel reservations systems after training.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance of grounds, buildings and guest rooms.
Perform preventive maintenance and small repairs.
Respond to maintenance emergencies 24/7 as needed.
Complete preventive maintenance program and daily maintenance tasks.
Maintain safe working conditions per OSHA guidelines.
Keep maintenance workshop and storerooms organized.
