Marshall Health Network is seeking a Vice President of Hospital Finance to provide executive leadership over the financial operations of the hospital and affiliated entities. The role drives budgeting, reporting, long-range planning, reimbursement strategy, and compliance to sustain financial health and mission alignment.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in healthcare finance, with 2–5 years in leadership roles, and a CPA or equivalent certification. MBA/Healthcare Admin preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• Master’s in business administration, finance or healthcare administration strongly preferred.
• CPA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership over financial operations for the hospital(s) and affiliated entities.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and long-range financial planning.
• Lead reimbursement strategy, regulatory compliance, and cost management initiatives.
• Partner with executive leadership to align financial strategy with organizational goals.
• Guide internal controls, audits, and risk management across the system.
