Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced administrator to lead local operations in our Texas service area. The role oversees providers, ensures daily operational execution, and drives quality care for the community we serve.

The ideal candidate has a health-care management background, professional licensure (MD/RN) or a bachelor degree, and at least one year in a supervisory capacity. Strong regulatory knowledge is required.

Qualifications

Must be licensed physician, registered nurse, or possess a bachelor degree.
At least one year in supervisory/administrative capacity in health service administration.
Must not have been employed in the last year as an administrator with another operation at the time any enforcement action was taken against the business; further described in the company compliance policies.
Must have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the federal, state and local laws and regulatory guidelines that govern the operation of a home care office.
Must have intermediate demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

Serve as the local chief executive agent.
Lead the local provider(s) in a better way to care for the community in which it serves, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Ensure the execution of operations are completed daily.
Manage operations, services, personnel performance, and office management ongoing.
